The Caribbean ASEAN Bureau


The Caribbean Tourism, Trade and Investment Bureau in Southeast Asia, or the Caribbean ASEAN Bureau (CAB), was established to provide specific and high-level assistance to public and private stakeholders in the Caribbean and Southeast Asia. The CAB is a service entity that aims to stimulate economic cooperation between the two regions acting as an independent trade support institution (TSI) and foreign trade representative (FTR). The formation of the CAB as a capable managed service is expected to strengthen tourism, trade and investment interaction by working flawlessly with enterprises and governments. The Caribbean ASEAN Bureau aims to have official presence in Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam through the partnership support of The Jump Network.
The Caribbean offers untapped potential for global trade and provides a unique product offering found nowhere else in the world. Officially launched in October 2019, the Caribbean Tourism, Trade and Investment Bureau is a service that will improve the economic relations between regions. Mr. Marcaida is the Founder and Chairman of Jump Digital Asia which was founded in 2013. It is a fast rising and home-grown full-service digital agency in the ASEAN region with offices in the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Cambodia. They will also expand to Thailand, Malaysia, Laos and Brunei. With over 120 full-time staff, it services more than 50 brands across Southeast Asia. He is also the Chairman of Create (Advertising Agency) and Buzz Productions (Video Content Production). Mr. Jed Marcaida is a 20-year digital marketing veteran and has worked previously with Solaire Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, TV5, and ABS-CBN Interactive among others. He has launched more than 200 digital campaigns.
